Willis Johnston, Director of Logistics

It takes a bold vision to reinvent how a Third-Party Logistics company operates and Willis Johnston has one. He understands that Agents and Carriers rely on quick access to reliable information to make decisions and maximize their profits. And while he works to increase the speed of each transaction, he is keenly focused on building relationships that prosper over the long-term.
Prior to his current role with FTL Logistics, Willis helped launch Fikes' original trailer leasing program and owned parts distribution company. When not in the office or on the road meeting new Agents, Willis and his wife Kim are at home tending to a vegetable garden that is the envy of the neighborhood.
Tony Lyle, System Manager
"We're building programs and systems that will let carriers and agents dispatch themselves."
Tony Lyle has been tinkering with computers since he was a teen and still considers it fun to figure out a technical challenge. Here, Tony makes it all happen. Part of the Fikes Family since 1989, he custom designed the truck lineâ€™s operations system through which dispatch, accounting and payroll are run. Today his focus is on integrated, web-based systems such as FTL Connect that provide greater flexibility and can be run on any computer. All of this technology will also be available via mobile apps.
Outside the office, Tony is a full-fledged Razorback fan and enjoys camping and visiting Disney Parks with his wife and daughter.
